Requirements:
Income must be 3 x rent, we work on a point system, to qualify with us you must obtain 5 points which comes from your credit report, income, employment, any rental references.

Deposit Policy:
A deposit of $450 is required to hold an apartment and if you are unable to take the apartment you will lose a minimum of $100.00 plus up to the entire deposit amount depending on the amount of time the apartment has been held.
